Rev. Leland Core, CLSC
Founder & President

Reverend Leland Core, CLSC, currently serves as the President of ACS Communications. He brings well over 30 years of technical operational, engineering management centered on manufacturing computer main frames, robotic engineering, electronics, satellite technology, Hybrid Fiber Coaxial network design and telecommunication experience.
Reverend Core has served in several Senior Executive level positions for the following companies Comcast, MCI, DirecTV, AT&T Broadband, Time Warner, Cox Communications, and Control Data Corporation. Reverend Core's career and passion for people has afforded him the opportunity to lead and empower people in the following cities around the United States.
He completed his studies at Temple Business College in Computer Technology, Maryland Drafting Institute in Electrical/Mechanical Drafting Technology and subsequently received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management. His completion in Dale Carnegie's multi-level training, as well as being a Certified Life Strategies Coach, has enhanced his gift to develop people.
Carey G. Hayes
Director of Business and Call Center Development
Carey G. Hayes currently serves as the Director of Business Development for ACS Communications. He brings over 20 years of experience as a business owner and manager with staff responsibility in Human Resources, Logistics, Customer Service, Operations and Sales and Marketing. He has experience in the areas of Telecommunications, Business and Office Solutions, Business Acquisition, Consulting, Banking, Government Contracts and Grant Writing and Contract Negotiations, both domestic and international.
Carey has his Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications & Marketing and completed his Masters in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore. Prior to joining ACS Communications, Carey held positions with MCI, Chevy Chase Bank, MBNA, Wachovia Bank, The Baltimore Sun, Xerox and Arbitron Inc. As an entrepreneur he was able to run a successful sports management business, specializing in client representation and negotiation of contracts for a large client base.
